David Curtis Smith, age 75 of Birmingham, passed away after a long illness. He is preceded in death by two daughters Renea Amick and Tara Smith. He is survived by his wife Linda Smith; daughter Jessica Smith; grandsons Cody Smith and Matthew Amick (Lisa); great grand-sons Christopher, Brandon, Nathan, Justin, and Gaven, all of Arizona; and brother Robert Smith of Remlap. David was a City Driver and retired from Roadway Express.
Visitation will be Monday January 11, 2016 at 1:00 PM at Ridout’s Trussville Chapel with the funeral service to follow at 2:00 PM.
