Deborah was preceded in death by her daughter, Tammy Smith and parents, Enoch and Arbertha Goggins.
She is survived by her daughter, Angela Marsh; grandchildren, Logan Marsh, Caleb Marsh, Colby Marsh and Jacob Mitchum; sisters, Kimerly Brown and Brenda Goggins; significant other, Debra Cowan; nieces, nephews and other relatives. She will be truly missed by all who knew her.
