Sutton, Edward Rumsey, age 81 of Pinson, AL went home to be with the Lord on August 23, 2011. He was a wonderful father and a great friend to a lot of people. Rumsey was preceded in death by his wife, Lois Irene Spencer Sutton; parents, Wilson and Jessie Sutton; brothers, Wallace Sutton and Spence Sutton; sister, Grace Sutton Chandler. He is survived by his daughters, ShirleyTeresa Sutton Naylor and Belinda Sutton Letlow; son, Jerry Sutton; sisters, Sue Sutton (Danny) Hallman and Charlotte (Larry) Gross; grandchildren, Jerrod and Hunter Sutton, Angel Naylor (Eric) Cluff, Christopher Michael (Cassandra) Naylor Sharla Naylor (Sammy) Wilson, Carley Renee Letlow and Allan (Christie) Naylor; great grandchildren, Alexis Raine Letlow, Gavin Ray Letlow, Kobe Luke Naylor and Koda Dominique Naylor.
Visitation will be Thursday, August 25, 2011 from 6 PM until 8 PM at Ridout’s Trussville Chapel. A funeral service will be held Friday, August 26, 2011 at 11 AM at Ridout’s Trussville Chapel. Interment will follow at Forest Hill Cemetery.
