Ernestine Louise Garner 94, was reunited with her Savior on Thursday, January 18. She retired from Liberty National Life Insurance company after 34 years. She was loved by everyone who knew her because of her sweet and loving spirit. She spent most days diligently praying for every member of her family and anyone else that she knew that was in need. For her prayers we are forever grateful. She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Hugh Garner. She is survived by her son, Paul Eugene Garner and daughter, Glenda Hogg (Wayne), six grandchildren, Paul Garner Jr. (Laura), Dawn Studdard (Lance), Holly Cacciatore, Susan Logsdon (Larry), Steve Hogg, Scott Hogg (Heather) and fourteen great grandchildren: Garrison and Gavin Garner, Lily and Caroline Studdard, Jaycob Cacciatore, Riley, Grant, Spencer and Daniel Logsdon, Meri Beth and Mallory Hogg and Victoria, Gabriella and Emma Hogg. She was the oldest living member of her beloved church family at Ridgecrest Baptist Church. Memorial Service will be held at Ridout's Trussville Chapel (1500 Gadsden Hwy) Monday, January 22 at 11:00 with visitation at 10:00.
