Margie Tomlinson, a long-time resident of Homewood, passed away Wednesday, March 15, 2017 with her grandson at her side. Born in 1924, Margie enjoyed a full life filled with family, good food, and friends. Many of her years were faithfully dedicated to her husband, prior to his death, and her employment with the telephone company. She is survived by her sons, Robert and Ronald; grandson, Eddie; granddaughters, Veronica, Sandi, and Jennifer. She is preceded in death by her husband, Edward Tomlinson. Visitation will be held at Ridout’s Elmwood Chapel on Monday, March 20, 2017 at 10:30 with a committal ceremony to follow at the Elmwood Mausoleum.
