James E. Marsh, Jr. passed away after a brief illness on August 6, 2015. He was 92 years old. He was a veteran in the Army in World War II. His wife Vivian Haynes Marsh preceded him in death. He ran Marsh Piano and Organ in Pinson for many years before retiring. He was a member of Pinson United Methodist Church and played the organ there for approximately 60 years.
He is survived by several nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. Also he is survived by his good friend Marilyn Carlisle and family.
Services will be held at Ridouts Trussville. Visitation will be Wednesday August 12, 2015 from 12 noon to 2:00pm with services at 2:00pm all at the funeral home chapel. Burial will follow after the service at Jefferson Memorial Trussville.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be given to Pinson United Methodist Church Memorial Fund.
