Jane Hull Payne, 68, of Lakeview, Al passed away Wednesday, May 8, 2013. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Woodstock, Al. She had retired from the Social Security Administration. She is preceded in death by her parents, Monroe Thomas and Earlene Hull, brother, Robert Hull. Survivors include, husband James Payne, brother Tommy Hull (Maria) sister-in-law Marty Houck (Dan) and several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM Friday, May 10, 2013 with graveside services following at Elmwood Cemetery.
