He is survived by his mother, Carolyn F. Clay; his brother, Robert Clay (Gina); his cherished daughter, Savannah Clay; and his nephew, Austin Clay. He is preceded in death by his father, Robert Clay Sr.
Jeffrey will be remembered as a kind-hearted soul who loved deeply and worked tirelessly for those he cared about. His memory will forever live on in the hearts of those who knew him.
