Jenny was born in Dearborn, Michigan. She went to Junior High in Johnson City, TN, and then to High School in Trussville, AL. where she graduated. Jenny was an Account Payable Clerk her whole working life and she loved it. then she got sick. Diabetes reared its ugly head. Jenny took care of everyone in her life, and she was a loving and giving person. She loved her son with everything. She loved Tommy with her whole heart and took care of him. She was a caregiver to all she loved. She was loved and will be truly missed.
Jenny was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas Michael & Carol Ann McCarthy.
She is survived by her son, Michael (Brittany) McCarthy; grandchildren, Apollo and William McCarthy; sister, Cheryl (Bill) Shikle; brother, Tommy McCarthy; and nephew, Jackson Shikle.
A celebration of life for Jenny will be held at a later date.
