Ken graduated from the University of Alabama with a degree in Business. He subsequently served his country as a Captain in the United States Army. Following his service, he pursued a career as a financial advisor with Sterne, Agee and Leach, then Stifel Financial. For over 50 years he faithfully served his clients.
Ken was preceded in death by his wife of 54 years, Sandy, and his sister Nancy. He is survived by his sons Jeff (Melissa) of Birmingham and Glenn (Joey) of Atlanta, GA along with his 6 grandchildren: Bradley, Alex, Madeline, Matthew, Hugh, and Abby.
A Graveside Service will be held at 11am on Thursday, February 13th at Elmwood Cemetery 800 Martin Luther King Jr. Drive Birmingham, AL 35211 with a reception to follow.
