LANGLEY, JUANITA WEAVER TURNER, age 92, passed away Thursday, January 8, 2015. She was previously a member of Bethel Baptist Church of Moody. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Carolyn Turner Jenner of Australia; her second husband, Elbert Langley of Cahaba Heights; brother, Russell Weaver of McCalla; and parents, Norman and Virgie Weaver of Vance. She leaves behind her son, Richard Douglas Turner (Hye Suk) of Birmingham; daughters, Marylin Kaye Willingham (Pete) of Moody and Jerri Simmons of Hoover; sisters, Joella Sims of Adger, Billie Wycoff of Moody and Barbara Stanley of Woodstock; eight grandchildren, Dr. Julie T. Wheeler (Scott), Sarah T. Choi (Charles) of Birmingham, Elise J. Cooper (Darren) and Timothy Jenner (Erin) of Australia, Greg Willingham of Moody, David Marlow of Tennessee, James Theros of Birmingham, and Jennifer T. Ramirez (James) of Hoover; seven great-grandchildren and thirteen nieces and nephews. Her family will receive friends on Friday, January 16, 2015 from 1-2 at Ridout’s Trussville Chapel with her service beginning at 2 PM. Burial will follow at Highland Memorial Gardens.
