Kathleen Rene Couch, 61, of Birmingham, AL passed away on September 6, 2018.
She was preceded in death by her sister, Wendy Couch Rinehart.
She is survived by her son, Patrick Cook ( Kera) ; grandson, Garrett Cook; father, Paul Allen Couch (Joyce); mother, Ruth Watson; sisters, Robin Cooper (Lynn) and Connie Couch Pitts (Richard) and several nieces, nephews and other relatives. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
