Neal, Lois Sanford was born December 25, 1921, and went home on February 18, 2012 to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Mrs. Neal was preceded in death by her daughter, Christy Neal. Lois was a member of North Park Baptist. An avid reader, she also enjoyed sewing, gardening and walking. Lois worked her entire career as a Pediatric Nurse in the Birmingham area. She is survived by her daughter, Franceline Neal Young (Thomas); grandsons, Neal Young (Kelli) and Matthew (Kellye); great grandchildren, Blake, Noelle and Lilliah. Her service will be on Wednesday, February 22, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at Ridout’s Trussville Chapel. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
