Marie-Thérèse Dubois, age 74 of Chelsea, AL passed away on Monday, November 24, 2025. She was preceded in death by her parents, Maurice and Marie-Céline Galez. She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Dominique Dubois; daughters, Delphine Rose Marie Dubois and Claire Dubois Blosser (Anthony); sister, Marie Pascale Boussagol (Christian); and grandchildren, Tristan Talence Dubois and Fantine Marianne Martin. She was born in Cambrai, France and permanently moved to the United States in 2009. She was raised Catholic and enjoyed teaching Wednesday School (in France Sunday School was taught on Wednesday). She had a Master’s in math and taught school for several years and used math in everyday life. Her math skills helped her be an avid quilter and organizer. She loved to travel all over the world and after each trip she made a quilt to commemorate the trip. She was a loving wife and mother and an exceptional grandmother. The family will have a private service at a later time.
