Patricia Schultz McQueen

MCQUEEN, PATRICIA SCHULTZ, age 83 of Trussville, passed away Saturday, January 23, 2016. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Arthur “Billy” McQueen; parents, Arthur and Rose Schultz; brothers, Art, Kenneth and Donnie Schultz; and sisters, Gerry Hubbard and Harriet Fale. She is survived by her daughter, Roselle McQueen Hill; sons, Donald James McQueen, William Arthur “Bill” McQueen (Peggy), Kenneth Paul McQueen and Patrick Neal McQueen; sister, Maxine Schultz Wick; sisters-in-law, Linda McQueen, Doris McQueen Booker (Ron), Carol McQueen, Leona Schultz and Young Schultz; brother-in-law, John McQueen (Dianna); grandchildren, Monica Anne Thach (Brandon), Amanda McQueen Calvert (Joel), Jessica McQueen Rhoten (James) and Michael E. Hill; great-grandchildren, K. Daniel Thach, Jacob Calvert, John Michael Thach, Gavin Rhoten, Caleb Rhoten, Alexa Calvert and Taylor Rhoten; and numerous nieces and nephews. Patricia was born in Sheboygan, Wisconsin and graduated from Central High School in 1950. She was a longtime member of St. Barnabas Catholic Church and President of Ave Maria’s Altar Sodality for 15 years. Patricia was dedicated to the church and a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Her family will receive friends on Tuesday, January 26, 2016 from 10-11 AM at St. Barnabas Catholic Church with Funeral Mass beginning at 11 AM. Burial will follow at Forest Hill Cemetery.
