He was an active member of St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church.
Pete was a successful business owner for over 40 years and enjoyed working out at the gym and loved to follow the stock market.
He is survived by his devoted and loving wife of 55 years Jo Ann Milan Piazza:
his son John Charles Piazza, daughters Aleria Lorino (Rocco), Ginger Ballard (David), grandchildren Matthew and John Michael Lorino, Milan and Lacey Ballard all of Birmingham. His sisters Esther Piazza and Virginia Zicarelli both of Birmingham and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents John and Annie Piazza and brother Vincent Piazza.
The family will receive friends on Monday, December 19 at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church from 9-11 a.m. followed by a funeral mass at 11 with burial to follow at Elmwood Cemetery John Ridouts directing.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to St. Francis Xavier Church or the American Cancer Society.
