on August 6, 2024 at the of age 92. A cherished and devoted family man, Robert’s life was a testament
to his deep faith, unwavering dedication to his loved ones, and his enduring spirit.
Raised in Helena, Robert was known for his boundless kindness and his heart of gold. His strong belief in
God and his commitment to his church were cornerstones of his life. A man of diverse interests, Robert
found joy in traveling, cheering on college basketball teams, and dedicating himself to his work at
Baggett Transportation.
Robert is survived by his son, Jason Nunnally, and his wife, Janice; his daughter, Robyn, and her
husband, Jim. He leaves behind his beloved grandchildren, Jase Nunnally, Brandon Brooks, and Nicholas
Brooks, as well as many nieces and nephews who will miss him dearly.
He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Jeannine Nunnally, and his two brothers and two sisters.
Robert’s legacy of love, faith, and generosity will continue to inspire all who knew him. He will be
profoundly missed but fondly remembered by his family and friends.
A memorial service to celebrate Robert’s life will be held on August 10, 2024 at Elmwood Cemetery at
10 am in Birmingham, Alabama. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to a charity of
your choice in Robert’s honor.
