Sarah Adalene Lipham Martin passed away at the age of 91 on January 3, 2023. Sarah was born on October 2, 1931 in Bruce, Mississippi. She was born to John David Lipham and Lela Mae Lipham. She is preceded in death by her parents and her husband of 64 years, Clyde Ellis Martin. She is survived by children Deborah Martin Shaw, Duane Martin, Lara Martin, Brandi Martin and grandchildren Brooklynne Todd and Meaghan Todd, and great grandson Jestin Hollis. Sarah graduated from Oxford High School in Oxford, Alabama in 1949. She was employed at Bynum/Anniston Army Depot and Jefferson State College. She retired from Jefferson State College in 1994. Visitation will be held at 10:00am on January 6, 2023 at Ridouts Trussville. Visitation is followed by graveside services at Eulaton United Methodist Church Cemetery at 12:00pm in Eulaton, Alabama.
