Thelma Joyce Williams

Age 86 of Birmingham, AL, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, August 7, 2014. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and sister. Mrs. Williams was a long time member of First United Methodist Church of Centerpoint. She was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, Claude Williams; son, Larry Williams and granddaughter, Jennifer Williams. Her survivors are her children, Donna Williams Jackson (Alan), Debbie Williams Coleman and Ronnie Williams; grandchildren, Chris Jackson (Jenny), Daniel Jackson (Heather), Patrick Jackson, Matthew Coleman (Jessica), Nicholas Coleman (Megan), Ryan Coleman, Leslie Bishop, Laura Williams, Amber Williams, Jenny Weems, Alanna Weems, and Doug Williams; great grandchildren, Jaylen Jackson, Beckham Jackson, Baylor Coleman, Reece Coleman, Cayden Bishop and Amari Roberts; brothers, Alvin Shoemaker, Ronald Shoemaker, Wallace Shoemaker and Johnny Shoemaker; sisters, Doris Fuller, Carolyn Hassell, Audrey Pate and Lynda Smith; daughter-in-law, Julia Williams; sister-in-law, Mary Lewis; a host of nieces, nephews and extended family.
