Thomas T. "TED" Trammell 81 of Douglasville GA, peacefully passed away on January 23rd, 2012. He was a long time resident of Hoover Alabama. Ted served in the Korean War, retired from the Birmingham Police Department, and retired from Carroway Hospital Security. Ted was preceded in death by his wife of 59 years, Faye Trammell, his eldest and youngest sons Teddy and Todd. He is survived by his children Ginger & Lou Fantacone, Camilla Troupe, Cindy and Bo Williams, Tim and Bonnie Trammell, 9 grandchildren, and 6 great grandchildren. Visitation will be held on Thursday January 26th, 2012 from 5:00-7:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held Friday January 27th, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. at Elmwood Chapel with burial at Elmwood Cemetery.
