He was preceded in death by his parents, Gordon and Polly Reed; his sister, Betty Tidwell; and his brother, David "Cricket" Reed.
He is survived by his children, Landon Reed (Rachel) and Jessica Freeman; his grandchildren, Kale, Presley, Thurston, Emalee, Gabbi (Trey), Ian, and Chandler; his great-grandchild, Beauden; his sisters, Joan Ray (Tarlton), Bonnie Martin, and Beckey Askins (William); and a host of nieces, nephews, and other family members.
A visitation for Tommy will be held Wednesday, June 28, 2023 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Ridout's Trussville Chapel, 1500 Gadsden Hwy, Birmingham, AL 35235, followed by a celebration of life at 2:00 PM. Burial will follow the service at Sulphur Springs Cemetery in Trussville.
