She was born in Schweinfurt, Germany to Erna Katharina and Heinz Johannes Jentsch who both preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her devoted husband, Henry Ford Hill and her dear son, Roger Otto Panning. Ursula was the beloved mother of Fred Panning of Birmingham and Lisa Fenderson (Tyrone, Jr.) of Spanish Fort. She was the proud Oma of Trey and Justin Fenderson.
She was a hard working woman throughout her life until the very end and instilled a strong work ethic within her children. She was loved in her community, by her neighbors and never met a stranger.
Her passions included cooking large family dinners, working in her garden, thrift store shopping and spending time with her children, grandsons and dog, Affle. She will be forever missed and forever in our hearts.
