Lewis, Vicki D. Age 54 of Gallant, Al. transitioned from this life to her eternal life on Tuesday May 14, 2013 after a courageous battle with cancer. Vicki is preceded in death by her mother, Janis Jones; sisters, Paula Dove, Lori Dove, Terry Dove & daughter, Michelle Lea Lewis. Vicki is survived by her father, Frank (Ruth) Dove; husband, Michael Lewis; daughter, Chrissy (Larry) Bingham; son, Michael (Jennifer) Lewis Jr.; grandchildren, Gavin Bingham, Tyler Bingham, Alyssa Bingham, Grayson Lewis, Lucy Lewis & Abram Lewis.
Funeral service will be Friday May 17, 2013 at 10:00 A.M. at Ridout's Trussville Chapel with interment to follow in Jefferson Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday May 16, 2013 from 6 until 8.
