On July 26, 2024, Virginia Hall Foote passed away peacefully with her son by her side at Brookwood Hospital in Birmingham. She was 96 years old. Virginia is preceded in death by her parents, Willie and Eltie McCullough. Also, her two husbands (Eddie Hall and Howard Foote), daughter, Gina Tubbs. She had one son, Thomas Hall (Angie) and a grandson, Dwight Tubbs. Also, had two stepdaughters, Kelly Largin (Butch), Tracy Rouse (Greg) and stepson, Doug Foote. She also had several nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, make donations to your charity of choice in Gener's name.
