Wanda B Henry

Wanda was a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She was a devoted Christian and lived for the Lord every day. She loved her family and was the main caregiver for her husband, Davie Lee, for 11 years before his death in 1990. She never complained once about that overwhelming task.

Wanda was preceded in death by her husband of almost 40 years, Davie Lee Henry. She is survived by her daughters, Pamela Best (Mike), Jill Terry, and Lisa Henry; three grandchildren, Amanda Jane Best, Bradley Cole Lawler, and Kristin Michelle Wix; five great grandchildren and many many special nieces,nephews, and cousins. She was also blessed with wonderful life long friends.

A celebration of life will be held Saturday, January 25, 2025 at Ridout’s Trussville Chapel at 2 pm with visitation for friends and family for one hour prior to service. Interment will take place at Forest Hills Cemetery immediately following the service.
