Jeff lived everyday in constant love for his family and newly-born granddaughters. Jeff lived his life to the absolute fullest and was the center of any room he was in, whether that be through his retelling of crazy teenage escapades, to the out-of-date dad jokes that only he could understand. Jeff's family focused personality was honestly the best part about him. His love, company, and humor will all be missed very dearly by all of his family including his loving daughter; Marie Melgar, Son; Justin Watkins, Granddaughters; Lola and Lyla Melgar, His son-in-law; Justin Melgar, Melanie Mitchell, Shantel Marsh, Ronda McMahon, Dylan Henry, Cameron Marsh, Blake Brooks and Madison Kelly.
