

Willie Justice Winkles (Poochie and/or Nay Nay) a long time resident of Tarrant Alabama was called home to Heaven on November 22 2017. She was born June 14 1935 in Birmingham Alabama to William Thomas Justice and Myrtle Irene Edwards. On January 8 1954 she was married to Elvin Lee Winkles at Camp Lejeune NC where he was stationed as a United States Marine. She was preceded in death by both her parents William and Myrtle, her husband Elvin, her brother Rollin Fortenberry, daughters Anita Kay and Michelle Treadaway and grandson Adam Sanders. She is survived by sister Betty Jean Jones and brother Richard Thomas Justice (Veda); daughters Belinda Reed, Dawna Marie Watson (Ray) Sheryl Irene Anderson (Joe); son Robert Michael Winkles (Brenda); 10 grandchildren, 3 bonus grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren and one on the way and a great-great grandchild on the way; a slew of nieces and nephews and extended family that loved her dearly as she loved them everyone. She worked for Nectar Corporation in the Pinson area where she built wiring harnesses for the NASA space shuttle program. She was a dispatcher for her own trucking firm and even had a radio program teaching the Gospel and taking call in questions about the Bible and Faith. She was a Beautiful Strong woman of faith and had a giving heart. She was a prayer warrior for her family and the masses. She is now in the presence of her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ that she loves so dearly, reunited with the loved ones who went home first and waiting on the rest of us.
