Delores Wampler

Delores Wampler, age 63, of Bloomington, died Sunday afternoon in Bloomington Hospital. Born February 22, 1947 in Indianapolis, she was the daughter of Art and Mary (Pierce) Gullett. She was employed as a coordinator for A.I.T. (Agency for Instructional Technology) for 14 years. She had also worked for Washington National Insurance Company for 20 years with her husband, James. She was a member of Maple Grove Christian Church.

She is survived by her husband, James Wampler, of Bloomington; two sons, Aaron Wampler, and his significant other, Carla Gilliland and Shawn Wampler, all of Bloomington; two grandsons, James Tyler Wampler and Parker Taylor Gilliland-Wampler and one granddaughter, Katie Jane Gilliland. She was preceded in death by her parents and her daughter, Stephanie Wampler.

The family wishes to invite friends to attend graveside funeral services on Wednesday at 1:00 P.M. at the Mt. Gilead Cemetery with Pastor Rick Amerine officiating. There will be no visitation prior to the service.

The family suggests memorial contributions be given to the Maple Grove Christian Church.
