Donna Judith Kean

My party began July 21, 1940. My parents (Marshall May and Emma (Mitchell) May] gave me many great gifts. They gave me four sisters. The oldest was Margret, however, I didn’t get to know her because she had to leave before I even got there. Nancy Bruce, Helen May and Martha May were the sisters that helped make mine one of the best parties anyone could have.

A special guest at my party was Bob Kean. He gave me two of the best gifts I ever received. In 1968 he gave me a son, Robert Lee (who later gave me every grandmother’s dream, Katilyn Judith) and in 1988 Bob gave me freedom to experience all of the many wonders available to me.

My celebration had moved to MAYS GREENHOUSE in 1971 and there I met so many delightful guests and each added something to a happy time. I stayed at the greenhouses until 2010 when I realized the millions of fun things I had not experienced so I’ve added to my memories where I met even more wonderful people. But now I’m looking forward to this new adventure and I’ve got some memories to revisit.
