Jeffery is survived by his dad Jeff of Bloomington, mom Jodi of Bloomington, sisters, Melissa Hildum of Fl., Tonya Dugan and Emily Wilson both of Bloomington. One brother, Travis Dugan of Bloomington. One nephew William Kehoe and two nieces Lilly Dugan of Fort Wayne IN, and JayLynn Dugan of Bloomington. Severel aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends.
He was precded in death by two grandmothers, Barbara Morris and Donna Sexton both of Bloomington. Also, family friend, Tracy Corbin-Bay of Bloominton.
Services will be Friday May 1, 2015 At the Ellettsville House of Prayer-4100 N Hartstrait Rd, Bloomington, IN 47404, with visitaion starting at 5pm to 7pm and services starting at 7pm. Flowers can be sent to the church on Friday. Thank You.
