Kimberly Dawn Breedlove

Kimberly Dawn Breedlove, 52, of Bloomington died Monday, March 29, 2021 in Ascension St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis. She was born March 24, 1969 in Bloomington to Jerry Wayne Smith and Sheila Darlene Bryant Smith. Survivors include two daughters, Tabitha (Brandan) Neal of Ellettsville and Alisha Patton of Bloomington; three brothers, Chris Breedlove of Bloomington, Craig (Teresa) Breedlove of Royal Center, IN and Donald (Tonya) Purtlebaugh, Jr. of Bloomington; two sisters, Vicky (Christopher) Henderson of Columbus and Melanie Purtlebaugh of Bloomington; six grandchildren, Christopher Joseph “C J” Sylvester, Caleb Patton, Camron Patton, Christian Sylvester, Madalyn Neal and Braylon Neal; several nieces, nephews and cousins; and her four legged son, Scubert AKA Scooby. She was preceded in death by her parents; and a sister, Angie. Kimberly had attended the Ellettsville House of Prayer. She enjoyed spending time with her family, cooking, decorating for Christmas, watching a Christmas Story, taking her daughters friends under her wings and spoiling Scooby. Kimberly had worked at several different dry cleaners around town. No services are planned at this time, a Celebration of Life will be held when Covid restrictions are lifted. Arrangements are under the direction of Day & Deremiah-Frye Funeral Home.
