Phyllis was a member of Pentecostal Faith Assembly. She enjoyed cooking and made the best German chocolate cake. She also enjoyed going to church, sewing, and spending time with her family and friends. She will be deeply missed.
Phyllis is survived by her daughter, Kathy Norman; four sisters, Erma Drake and her husband Larry, Nancy Deckard, Judy Harmon, and Julie Charles; her grandson, Aaron Sylvester and his wife Marie Lewis; five great-grandchildren, Alayna, Morgan, Maddie, Ariana, and Maeson; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by six siblings, William Henry Hamm, Roger Hamm, Jack Hamm, Betty Robinson, Marilyn Morgan, and Lois Moore.
A celebration of life service for Phyllis will be held at a later date.
