Survivors include his parents; two brothers, Titus D. Sears and Tayler D. (Whitney Addie) Sears; a sister, Hannah M. (fiancé Ethan Sparks) Sears; grandparents, Paul E. and Margaret “Peggy” May and Nancy Sears; aunts and uncles, Jeffrey D (Cathy) Sears, Stephen M. (Jill) Campbell, Jay D. (Leah) Sears, Judson D (Theresa) Sears, Jack D. (Marta) Sears, Joseph D. (Patti) Sears and Troy L. (Lisa) Mullis; and many cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Oman D. Sears; great grandmother, Margaret Marie (Alexander Eads; and a sister in law, Hillary Deckard.
Seth was a member of Highland Village Church, a 10 year member of 4-H and had attained the rank of Eagle Scout. He was a 2015 Graduate of Edgewood High School, a 2019 Graduate of Purdue University with a degree in Neuroscience and a minor in Spanish and had studied at VCOM-Auburn-Edward via College of Osteopathic Medicine. Seth had a passion for learning and traveling. He studied Spanish in Guatemala. He traveled to Ecuador Timmy Global Health. During his undergraduate studies he worked in research studies for breast cancer. His desire was to one day serve as an Osteopathic Doctor to under privileged communities.
There will be a Celebration of Life at a time when it can be done properly to truly honor Seth’s life. Arrangements are under the direction of Day & Deremiah-Frye Funeral Home.
