Dan Hogan (58) passed away on Monday, December 8, 2014. Since Dan requested a party, there will be an informal Celebration of his LIfe from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 20, in the Grand Assembly Hall of the Chautauqua Park Community House. His family welcomes you to drop by to pay your respects, remember Dan, and enjoy some light refreshments. In lieu of flowers, donations to Brain Buddy (BrandBuddy.org) are suggested.
