Duangmanuela Katalina Xiong was born on February 2, 1992 in Boulder, Colorado. She was a loving and compassionate person who loved her family. She was shy reserved but had the kindest and biggest heart of all. Anyone that spent time with her fell in love with her.
Most of all she loved and adored her children and enjoyed spending time with family. She loved trying new foods and exploring new places. Reading was one of her passions as well as baking with her children. Katalina also loved experimenting with make-up so to fulfill her dream of becoming a makeup artist. She was attending school for her cosmetology degree from Aveda and was looking forward to opening her own salon.
Katalina faced this uphill cancer battle with great courage and a fighting spirit. She was always positive and never gave up hope.
There is so much Katalina would want everyone to embrace from her passing. To love and appreciate everyone, to be kind with a forgiving heart, to strive to live life to the fullest. May we all bless and remember Katalina with these thoughts in mind and cherish every memory of her.
