Eileen Mary Phillips of Burnsville MN passed away Monday December 13th 2021; age 52; loving wife of Mark for 23 years; amazing mother of Jacob and Jessica (Phillips). Eileen was born on July 30th 1969 in Burnsville, MN to Betty and Roy Dennis. Eileen was the youngest of 5 children survived by Greg, Jeff, Rebecca and Ken.
Eileen graduated from Winona State University in May of 1992. After college she worked for Carmichael Lynch in Minneapolis and then for Barnhart CMI in Denver. After raising her children, she changed careers working the past 6 years for Susan G Komen. Eileen will forever be remembered as a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister and dear friend.
A visitation for Eileen will be held Monday, December 20, 2021 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at 2558 - Crist Mortuary, 3395 Penrose Place, Boulder, CO 80301. A memorial service will occur Monday, December 20, 2021 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM, 3395 Penrose Place, Boulder, CO 80301. A committal service will occur Monday, December 20, 2021 from 2:00 PM to 2:45 PM at 0423 - Mountain View Memorial Park, 3016 Kalmia Ave, Boulder, CO 80301.
