Jane was born on Dec. 7, 1938 in Ukiah, CA to her parents, George and Florence Rhomberg.
Jane is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Julie and Wayne Kennedy of Erie, CO; two grandsons, Sam and Joe Kennedy; her sister, Janice Jeffords of Boulder, CO; and her identical twin sister, Jean Crawford of Aurora, CO. She is preceded in death by her brother, Bobby Rhomberg.
Jane graduated from Valejo Senior High School in 1956. She moved to Colorado in the late 1950’s. She worked as a secretary for the U.S. Department of Commerce at the National Bureau of Standards in Boulder. She retired in 1995. Jane loved scrapbooking, bowling, camping, hiking, spending time with her family and friends, and particularly loved her time with her grandsons.
A memorial service will take place on Monday, April 9 at 11:00 a.m. at Crist Mortuary in Boulder. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Jane’s life. In lieu of flowers, please donate to Alzheimer’s Association – Colorado Chapter.
