Ruth B. Wines, age 99, of Thornton, Colorado passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 13, 2021. Formerly of Newport Beach and Anaheim, California. Ruth was born on December 14, 1921 in New Ulm, Minnesota. Ruth was preceded in death by her husband, Ken Wines, and son Bob Wines, and brother and sister in law, Landis and Marietta (Wines) Barefoot. She is survived by her loving family; son Jon (Deborah) Wines, daughter in law Denise Wines, granddaughters Lisa (John) Weithas, and Kimi (Alan) Lenertz, great grandchildren, Emma and Lila Weithas, and Alex and Gillian Lenertz, niece Beth (Bruce) Fisher, niece Kimberley (John) Oliver, and nephew Geoff (Joy) Barefoot.
Services will be held in both Colorado, and California. A prayer service will be held on Saturday, November 27, 2021, at 1:00 PM at Crist Mortuary, Flatirons Hall, 3395 Penrose Place, Boulder, CO 80301. Cryptside service will be held 11:00 AM, Monday, December. 20, 2021 at Fairhaven Memorial Park Cemetery, 1702 E. Fairhaven Ave., Santa Ana, CA 92705.
