Passed away December 16, 2020.
She was born in Ashland Kansas, and attended High School at Mt. Carmel Accademy in Witchita, KS. She attended Kansas State University, and the University of Colorado where she obtained her Bachelor and Masters degrees in Education.
She was the loving wife of Willam (Bill) Simons, and is survived by 4 children: Sue Ann Simons Black of Castle Rock, CO, Sarah Simons Nash of Highlands Ranch, CO, Sandra Simons of Highlands Ranch, CO and Whitney Simons of Castle Rock, CO. 5 grand children: Sydney Nash Stark, Hayden Simons, Hunter Simons, Shadron Nash, Holly Simons and great grandson, Everett Stark.
While raising her children and making a beautiful home for her husband and family, Sharon taught Kindergarten for 27 years. Her kindness helped an untold number of children make a start to their education and their lives
She will be remembered as a the Matriarch of not only her children, grandchildren and great grandson, but also of her extended family and friends. She bestowed her values, virtues, kindness and loving inclusion upon all she knew. She was a true shining star, who will be loved and remembered fondly.
