‘Curly’ Ralston of Boulder, Colorado passed away Tuesday, January 19, 2021; age 97. Curly was born in Dahlonega, Georgia. He lived with his wife Hazel in Detroit, Cincinnati, Atlanta, and Lafayette, CO. Curly is survived by two sons and their spouses; Ron and Kathy Ralston from Frederick, CO and Larry and Melissa Ralston from Mason, OH, five grandchildren; Brett (Trisha) Ralston, Lindsay Frey, Sarah (Travis) White, Brittany (David) Beaver, and Courtney (Greg) Huenergardt, and 12 great grandchildren.
He was a Godly man loved Jesus with every fiber of his being. Curly was a WWII army veteran receiving the bronze star for bravery in the European Theatre in France and Germany. He was an ironworker who worked on major skyscrapers in Detroit, Cincinnati and Atlanta. He was in incredible loving husband, a fabulous father, and a phenomenal grandfather. His life, his infectious smile, sense of humor, and his heart will be greatly missed.
