Born May 19, 1972, in Bristol, VA, he was a son of the late John Wamsley and is survived by his mother, Mary Thompson, of Bradenton.
He was also preceded in death by his sister, Katina Elizabeth Jones.
Survivors also include his sons, Matthew Lee Jones, of Muncie, Indiana, and Ross Edward Jones, of Rockhill, SC; his brother Jeffery Yeakey, of Lexington, KY.
The family will receive friends on Monday from 9-10am at Manasota Funeral Home.
A funeral service will be conducted at 10am following the visitation. Interment will follow in Manasota memorial Park. The family requests that in lieu of flowers memorial contributions be made in Eddies memory to Bradenton Gospel Tabernacle.
