

Harlan Duane Froelich, aged 91, passed away on July 26, 2024, in Sarasota, Florida. Born on November 13, 1932, in Seaforth, Minnesota, he was a cherished member of his community and a devoted family man.
Harlan proudly served in the United States Army during the Korean War, stationed in Germany. His military service was marked by a commitment to country and duty, reflecting his deep sense of patriotism.
After his service, Harlan furthered his education, graduating from Minnesota Bible College in 1962, which laid the foundation for both his spiritual life and his professional endeavors. He served many years to his Lord & Savior Jesus Christ making substantial contributions to both his local community and business ventures, earning the respect and affection of many.
He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Doris Froelich, his parents, Paul and Loida Froelich, and his brother, Orville Froelich. Harlan's legacy continues through his family, including his younger sister, Gloria Arndt of Minnesota; sons, Stephen Froelich and David Froelich (Tammy), both of Sarasota, Florida; granddaughters, Sarah Froelich, Rachel Froelich, Nicole (Mark) Hill of Florida, and Ashley Valley of Minnesota. He also leaves behind seven great-grandchildren and numerous friends and business associates.
A visitation for Harlan will be held Wednesday, August 7, 2024, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Robert Toale and Sons Funeral Home at Manasota Memorial Park, 1221 53rd Ave East, Bradenton, FL 34203. A funeral service will follow Thursday, August 8, 2024, at 11:30 AM.
Harlan will be laid to rest with his wife, Doris, at the Sarasota National Cemetery.
The arrangements for his final farewell are being handled by Robert Toale & Sons at Manasota. Harlan’s life will be celebrated and remembered for the profound impact he had on those around him. His family, friends, and all who knew him will miss his guiding presence, his wisdom, and his unwavering support.
