Born Feb. 26, 1925, in Columbus, Ohio, she was a daughter of the late John Myers and Maude Vigar Myers Addison. She loved to go dancing, and was retired from Discount Drugs in Sarasota.
Survivors include her daughter Sandra Martin and husband Tony, her son Michael J. Hoffman and wife Carrie, brother Paul Myers, 5 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, and other relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends Saturday, January 11, 2014 from 12-1:00pm at Manasota Memorial Funeral Home. A funeral service will be conducted at 1:00 pm at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Manasota Memorial Park.
