Timothy Paul Grimes

Tim was born on July 18, 1977, in Louisville, Kentucky. He graduated from Silver Creek High School and was known for his kind heart, warm personality, and ability to make others feel remembered and valued. Tim never forgot a name and never met a stranger.

Tim had a creative soul and loved to draw. He enjoyed listening to music, searching for interesting things on his computer, and watching movies. Despite facing serious health challenges after a bout of Covid that led to kidney failure and dialysis treatments, Tim continued to live life to the fullest with courage and determination.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Eddie Grimes and Barbara Nolan.

Tim is survived by his devoted stepfather, Larry Nolan, who lovingly cared for and provided for him; his brothers, Andy Geary and Bobby Abbott (Dawn); his sister, Diane Rone (Bryan); along with several nieces, and great-niece and great-nephews.

Tim was loved by everyone who knew him, and his memory will continue to live on in the hearts of those who loved him.

A memorial service will be held later.
