Bill was born in Chicago, IL, to Mary and William Gaffney on August 8, 1945. After finishing High School he went on to establish Gaffney Management Inc., where he worked until retirement, helping others find work in aerospace and automotive industries.
He had a larger-than-life personality and sense of humor that lit up every room. Bill was loving, caring, giving, and had a good word for anyone that crossed his path. As hobbies, he enjoyed playing golf and was also well-known in the Poker community.
Service and burial will be held at Manasota Memorial Park in Bradenton, FL. on Saturday, July 22, 2023 at 11:00am.
