Thomas was born in Newton and raised in Montague; he was a lifelong Sussex County resident. He was involved in many of the SCARC, Inc. day programs in the county and was also an honorary member of the Montague Fire Department. Thomas enjoyed whales, music and movies. He loved working with tools, especially when it came to building birdhouses. Thomas also loved collecting and looking at photos, it always brought him great joy.
Thomas was predeceased by his mother, Louanne Cular; his brother, Baby White; and his nephew, Kyle White. He is survived by his father and step-mother, William and Carolyn White; his brother and sister-in-law, Shane and Jennifer White; his nephew, Dylan White; and his niece, Tara White.
Visitation will be held from 4 pm to 7 pm on Wednesday, August 31, 2022, at Wood Funeral Home, 16 Main St., Branchville, NJ, with a brief service at 6:30 pm.
