Tony passed away on Friday, May 12 at John Muir with his family by his side.

Tony was born in Antioch to Karen Philpot-Gutierrez and Tom Flanary.

Tony is survived by his parents Karen and Jesse Gutierrez, Tom and Kasey Flanary, 3 brothers and 4 sisters Cameron, Masion, Jesse Jr, Crystal, Stephanie, Courtney and Tiffany, niece Breanna, his uncle Ed Philpot and 4 aunts Barbara, Judi, Suzi and Robin. Grandparents Lawanna Philpot and Ron Flanary. Preceded in death by his grandfather Odell Philpot and grandma Pat Flanary.

Tony will best be remembered for his witty sense of humor, his devotion to his family, his love of racecars, and his passion for Harley's. Tony was a member of the A'MON'S motorcycle club, where he spent a major portion of his time. Riding with his club on fundraising events and traveling the US. "He was a true road dawg" stated by a friend who often rode with him.

Friends and family are invited to visitation on Saturday May 20, 2017 from 9-11 am. Funeral service following at 11:00 am at Brentwood Funeral Home 839 1st Street in Brentwood. Burial to follow at Union Cemetery.
