Frank was born in Fremont, California and lived in San Jose until 1988 when his family moved to Discovery Bay, California. He graduated from Liberty Union High School of Brentwood in 1991. He touched many lives with his kind and gentle spirit.
Frank is survived by his loving parents Frank and Vera Headley of Discovery Bay, his devoted daughter Denise Headley of Angels Camp, and his sister Monica Ifland of Scotts Valley.
Frank worked in the automotive and construction industries for most of his adult life. He was active in the E Clampus Vitus Historical Society.
Friends and family are invited to a Celebration of Life service on Saturday, April 25, 2015 at 11AM at the Brentwood Neighborhood Church, 50 Birch Street,
Brentwood, CA.
His generous and loving spirit will be misssed by all who knew and loved him.
