Connie was an amazing woman and I was lucky enough to be her friend for almost 30 years.  She always had a smile and a brave face on no matter what and faced everything with such grace.  She will be greatly missed.

I met Connie while playing music with David back in the late 80'S and became close fiends from day one. Connie was always a bright, intelligent and caring person and it breaks my heart to know she is gone. I have so many fond memories from times with "Robert" family that were always full of laughter and fun. I can hear Connie's voice still and she will never be forgotten. Connie, I love ya girl! May you rest in peace. God Bless your family, comfort them for losing a wife, a mom, a Grandmother, a sister and a friend.

Thinking of you today lynn, and sending much love and prayers for comfort. You have been an amazing daughter and I have no doubt your mother felt your love for her.

I worked with Connies sister, Kathy, for several years and I got to know Connie during that time. She was so witty and always wanted to help out at work any way she could! She would make me laugh so hard when I would do her hair. I remember always wanting to somehow warm up the color before I put it in her hair because she would yell, "That is so cold!!!!!!". We would always have to stack pillows in the chair to shampoo her hair because she would never quite reach the bowl!!! She was always good to me. Connie had a few hard days during the time I knew her but I NEVER EVER heard her complain. Not one time! I would have to say, hands down, Connie was and will probably always be one of the strongest people I have ever known. I'm not sure she ever really realized how strong she was. But to me, she was!

I grew up with Connie going to school with her from 4th grade through high school. Although we lost contact after graduation, we reconnected on Facebook. Even after many years she referred to me as old friend. I love her like a sister and will miss her. Lately I've had some health issues and her last message was take it slow. She was always encouraging. She was loved by many and everyone that knew her was blessed by her.

Connie and I worked together many years ago. She was a delight to work with and was a dedicated hotel professional who always wanted to please her customers.  

I still remember the love that she had for her family especially her husband, David, and daughter, Lynn. I felt like I knew them through Connie's keeping me updated on a weekly basis although I only met them once or twice during the time that we worked together.  

Blessings for everyone who knew and loved Connie!  She will be missed.

Connie was so many things to so many people. To me she was a person full of grace, compassion, and intelligence.  We all should strive to be like Connie. Rest In Peace, dear friend. I ask God's blessings on her family and friends.

I was blessed to have Connie as a close friend for over 30 years, May the Peace of the Lord be with her family now and always.

In your lifetime there are very few times that you encounter people who show grace, intelligence, and strength.  Connie DiMartino Robert, my friend, was such a person. She endured pain and suffering that most of us could not and she did it without complaint. She is a true example of grace always putting others before herself. Her intelligence about so many things was indisputable. 

Connie, rest In peace.  Thank you for being my friend and for making me a better person. I hope there is plenty of sand in heaven for you to run your fingers through.
