Eugene Floyd Riley, of Franklin, TN, passed away on Friday, March 25, 2011. Mr. Riley was preceded in death by his parents, Noel and Mary Louise Kronk Riley, his wife, Betty Head Riley; sons, Thomas Eugene Riley and Kevin Noel Riley; and grandson, Joshua Glane Pewitt. He is survived by daughter LeAnn Riley of Smyrna; granddaughters, Crystal O’Riley, Stephanie Sebree and Amanda Pewitt; and three great granddaughters. Graveside services will be Tuesday at 2:00pm at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens with Ron Alley of LifePoint Church of Smyrna, officiating. Mr. Riley was a member of Brentwood United Methodist Church and was associated with LifePoint Church of Smyrna. Mr. Riley was also a former member of Brentwood Country Club, where he served on the Building Committee as Chairman and he was an Insurance Executive with Thornton & Harwell Insurance Agency. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Alive Hospice.
